Filter Element with Inlet and Outlet Tubes:
To mount the inlet valve actuator on the top of the filter element:
t
Pull the valve actuator lock upwards and place the valve actuator on
t
the top of the filter unit.
Turn the valve actuator clockwise until the lock engages.
t
Check that the valve actuator is mounted correctly. The valve actuator
t
must not turn counter-clockwise.
If required: Remount the valve actuator.
t
Close the valve actuator once and open it again.
t
The valve actuator connects to the valve membrane.

Optional: To make access to the outlet valve easier, use the swivel func-
t
tion to move the filter unit into the venting position (1).
To mount the outlet valve actuator on the bottom of the filter unit, follow
t
the same procedure as for the inlet and venting valve actuators.

5.3 Mounting the Air Filter
Requirement
The air filter holder is set so that the air filter can be mounted vertically (see
Chapter "4.5 Setting the Air Filter Holder", page 20).
Procedure
Take the tube with the air filter out of the plastic bag and remove the ca-
t
ble ties.
Check that the clamps on the venting tube are fitted securely.

If required: Tighten the clamps.
t
Fix the air filter in the air filter holder (1).
