8 Malfunctions
Malfunction
The air filter is blocked.
During the filter integrity
test, no pressure is estab-
lished.

Inlet pressure is above

7 Cleaning
7.1 Cleaning Trolley and Handles
Requirements
The filtration process is ended.
Procedure
Only use suitable cleaning agents and observe the product information

for the cleaning agent used (for cleaning agent, see Chapter 12.11,
page 45).
Wipe the trolley and handles with a slightly damp cloth. In the case of
t
more heavy contamination, use a mild soapy solution or a suitable clean-
ing agent.
Cause
Liquid or foam has got
into the air filter.
The burst disc in the
pressure safety device is
defective.
Filter unit moistening in-
adequate.
The inlet and | or outlet
valve actuator is closed.
The air filter is blocked.
The filter unit is blocked
Solution
Dispose of the filter unit.
— Dispose of the defec-
tive pressure safety
device.
— Use a new pressure
safety device.
— Flush the filter unit
again.
— Repeat the filter in-
tegrity test.
Open the inlet and | or
outlet valve actuator.
Dispose of the filter unit.
Dispose of the filter unit.
