The Flexsafe

Observe the maximum load-bearing capacity of the Flexsafe

Only lift the filter unit when empty.
t
Only lift the filter unit when the lock between the handle and trolley has
t
been released.
Procedure
Move the Flexsafe
t
and position it so that the Lifting Gear is as close to the center of the fil-
ter unit as possible.
WARNING Risk of injury if the Lifting Gear is positioned incorrectly!
t
Only hang the two Lifting Gear hooks in the two attachment points (eye-
lets) (1) on the handles.
Set the lifting gear to the width of the filter unit. Move the chain to a suit-
t
able opening in the lifting gear.
Recommendation: The chain should be positioned in the openings so
t
that the distance to the center is as equal as possible.
Loosen the lock (1) for the swivel function with one hand.
t
With the other hand, lift the handle slightly so that the lock does not
t
re-engage immediately.

Using the Flexsafe
t
that the filter unit can be lifted above the trolley. Ensure that the hooks
do not get tangled.
Put the filter unit down in a suitable place.

If required: When putting it down, correct the position of the filter unit so

that it is not on the extender of the Flexsafe
