Attendere che i piatti raggiungano
la temperatura impostata; quindi
provare a schiacciare alcune palli-
ne variando la distanza dei piatti
mediante la leva (7) fino a trovare
lo spessore desiderato.
Lo schiacciamento avviene posi-
zionando la pallina di pasta al cen-
tro del piatto inferiore, tenendo
abbassata la griglia di protezione
(8) e contemporaneamente pre-
mendo il tasto START (6).
Quando il piatto inferiore sarà tor-
nato nella posizione di partenza, si
potrà alzare la griglia di protezione
e togliere il disco di pasta facendo
attenzione a non scottarsi sulle
superfici dei piatti.
Trovate le regolazioni più idonee
al tipo di pasta utilizzato, la mac-
china sarà pronta per lavorare.
Per spegnerla sarà sufficiente pre-
mere il tasto STOP (5).
ATTENZIONE:
La griglia di protezione deve esse-
re alzata solo quando il piatto in-
feriore ha finito il ciclo di schiac-
ciamento ed è tornato nella posi-
zione di partenza.
Set the time of contact between

L'écrasement se fait en posant la
boule de pâte au centre du plateau
inférieur, en tenant abaissée la grille
de protection (8) et en appuyant en
même temps sur la touche START
(6).
Lorsque le plateau inférieur sera re-
tourné dans sa position de départ,
on pourra lever la grille de protec-
tion et enlever le disque de pâte en
faisant bien attention de ne pas se
brûler sur la surface des plateaux.
Une fois que les réglages les plus
adaptés au type de pâte utilisée se-
ront fixés, la machine sera prête à
travailler.
Pour l'éteindre il suffira d'appuyer
sur la touche STOP (5).
ATTENTION :
La grille de protection doit être sou-
levée seulement quand le plateau
inférieur a fini le cycle d'aplatisse-
ment et est retourné dans sa posi-
tion de départ.

Das Flachdrücken erfolgt durch
Positionieren der Teigkugel in der
Mitte des unteren Tellers, wobei
das Schutzgitter (8) unten zu hal-
ten und gleichzeitig die START-
Taste (6) zu drücken ist.
Wenn der untere Teller in seine
Ausgangsposition
zurückgekehrt
ist, kann das Schutzgitter angeho-
ben und die Teigscheibe heraus-
genommen werden, wobei darauf
zu achten ist, dass man sich keine
Verbrennungen an den heißen
Telleroberflächen zuzieht.
Sind die richtigen Einstellungen
für den verwendeten Teigtyp ge-
funden, ist die Maschine für die
Arbeit bereit.
Zum
Ausschalten
einfach
die
STOP-Taste (5) drücken.
ACHTUNG:
Das Schutzgitter darf nur dann
angehoben werden, wenn der un-
tere Teller den Presszyklus been-
det hat und in die Ausgangspositi-
on zurückgekehrt ist.

podrá
alzar
la
rejilla
de
protección y quitar el disco de
pasta, prestando atención a no
quemarse con las superficies de
los platos.
Tras conseguir el ajuste más
apropiado para el tipo de pasta
que se utilice, la máquina estará
lista para trabajar.
Para apagarla, será suficiente
pulsar el botón STOP (5).
ATENCIÓN:
La rejilla de protección deberá
alzarse sólo cuando el plato
inferior ha terminado el ciclo de
aplanamiento y ha regresado a la
posición de partida.
