Once the key combination has been entered correctly, service
routine S017.1 (select/confirm unit class) is started automatically.
The memory key (A) lights up.
4. Confirm the unit class "01":
To do so, touch the memory key (A) (R key on the touchscreen lights
up) and then the R key on the Touchscreen (B).
5. Exit the service routine with the double-arrow key (C).
6. Switch the unit off.
Wait approx. 1 minute. Then switch the unit on again.
Error message E61505 (undefined unit serial number) is
displayed.
1. Acknowledge the error message using the R key on the control panel.
2. Call the Service menu
(see ORTHOPHOS XG 3D Service Manual).
3. Call service routine S008.3 (see ORTHOPHOS XG 3D Service
Manual, "Service → S008: Test step 3").
4. Check the serial number
IMPORTANT: The unit serial number is located on the nameplate of
the unit.
NOTICE! If the serial number is incorrect, cancel the update and
contact the Sirona Customer Service Center!
5. Confirm the serial number using service routine S008.3 (see
ORTHOPHOS XG 3D Service Manual, "Service → Basic operating
sequences in the Service menu").
6. Switch the unit off.
Wait approx. 1 minute. Then switch the unit on again.
1. Call service routine S017 and set the unit version using service
routine S017.2 (see ORTHOPHOS XG 3D Service Manual, "Service
→ S017: Test step 2").
2. Switch the unit off.
Wait approx. 1 minute. Then switch the unit on again.
1. Call the SIDEXIS Manager, delete the XG X-ray component and add
the unit as an XG 3D X-ray component.
2. NOTICE! The unit is now identified as ORTHOPHOS XG 3D.
Repeat the software update to the latest unit software version (via the
"Automatic"
update mode). Proceed as described in the
ORTHOPHOS XG 3D Service Manual, "General operating
sequences → Software update".
➢ Call service routine S017.17 and transfer the data from board DX61
to board DX11 (see ORTHOPHOS XG 3D Service Manual, section
"Service → S017: Test step 17", Case 1).
IMPORTANT: The data direction shown in selection field 3 must be
DX61 → DX11.
