INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS FOR USE AND OPERATION
NOTE: Carefully read the hazards
mentioned in section "Hazards and safety
provisions during use" on page 8.
ATTENTION: Besides being autho-
rised and appropriately documented, and
if necessary, instructed and trained, on fi rst
usage, users shall simulate several opera-
tions to identify the controls and main func-
tions.
WARNING: Use only as intended by
the manufacturer and never tamper with
any device to obtain performance levels out-
side the rated specifi cations.
ATTENTION: Before use, check that
the safety devices are properly installed and
in good working order.
ATTENTION: As well as taking care to
meet these requirements, users should also
implement all safety regulations and read
the description of the controls and the start-
up procedure carefully.
WARNING: The fl oor near the appli-
ance could be slippery.
WARNING: Do not obstruct the fl ue
to prevent the temperature of the combus-
tion components and products from increas-
ing excessively over the admissible limits.
To ensure correct use of the appliance, the fol-
lowing rules should be adopted.
– Use only the accessories recommended by
the Manufacturer.
– Use the baskets as appropriate.
– Before fi lling the well, check that the drain
tap (A) is closed.
– Check that the oil level never drops below
the minimum level marked (B).

– Use single-seed oils or oil blends specially
recommended for fryers.
– Melt solid fats in a separate container to pre-
vent damaging the appliance.
– Do not use the appliance until the oil is at
working temperature.

– Lower and dip the basket slowly to prevent
foaming.
– Filter the frying oil often to remove any frying
residues.
WARNING: Store the frying oil in a
dark and cold place and fi lter it often to slow
down its gradual degradation. The use of
degraded oil for frying constitutes a health
hazard.
