After the components have been thoroughly cleaned and wiped dry, reassembly may be accomplished by installing the
Dual Starburst Bar so that the starbursts on the bar face away from the Swivel Base. See Illustration 10:

The Modified Torque Screw
can be pressed firmly into
place. Do not engage the
Locking Lever until the
Swivel Adapter is fully
re-assembled.
