IMPORTANT:
Correctly adjusted, the Modified Tri-Star Swivel Adapter will behave as a lock knob in securing the ratchet
extension against movement.
The Torque Screw at the large starburst connection must be loosened (typically two full turns) before pulling the plunger
on the skull clamp to release the ratchet extension.
Rotation and Locking of the dual Starburst Bar
1. Open the Locking Lever (see Illustration 1) to allow the dual starburst bar to rotate freely.
2. Rotate Starburst Bar to desired position and depress locking lever.
CAUTION:
The Dual Starburst Bar should not rotate once locked. If any movement occurs, send to an authorized Integra
Repair Facility for service.
