DISPOSAL OF YOUR OLD
APPLIANCE

it means the product is covered by the
European Directive 2002/96/EC.
2. All electrical and electronic products
should be disposed of separately from
the municipal
designated
appointed by the government or the
local authorities.
3. The correct disposal of your old
appliance will help prevent potential
negative consequences

contact your city office, waste disposal
service or the shop where
purchased the product.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
Take the unit out of the box and place
it on the floor as shown in Fig.1.
Make sure that all of the pieces are
there: (A) Platform;
control; (C) Mains cable.
START-UP.-
1 Plug the mains cable (C) into the
socket (M) on the column, Fig.2.
The other end of the cable is plugged
into the electric wall socket (220V).
Set switch (L) to position (I), Fig.2.

MANUAL FUNCTION.-

select the duration of the exercise.

This monitor has three quick selection
speed keys, with a range of scales for
the rocking speed.
6 Cycles/second. Warm-up exercise.
10 Cycles/second. Normal exercise.
16 Cycles/second. Heavy exercise.
The unit will stop immediately if you
press the STOP key.
When you have finished exercising,
press the ON/OFF
switch (L), Fig. B.
PROGRAM FUNCTION.-
This platform has 3 preset programs
that allow you to exercise without
making any changes on the monitor.
