• Loosen the lock nut 3.
• Fully screw in the adjusting nut 4.
• Loosen the lock nut 1.
• Turn the adjusting nut 2 so that the free stroke of
the throttle control grip is 10° - 15°.
• Tighten the lock nut 1.
• Adjust the nut 4 to make the throttle handle
rotate flexibly.
• Tighten the lock nut 3.
Clutch adjustment
Before the clutch starts to loosen,
the free stroke of the clutch shall
be based on the end position of
the clutch lever, and the free
stroke should be 10-20mm. If it is
found to be abnormal, it can be
adjusted at the handle end of the
clutch cable as follows:
• Remove the clutch cable boot.
• Loosen the lock nut 1.
• Screw in or out the adjusting screw 2 to make
the free stroke of the clutch meet the specified
requirements.
• Tighten the lock nut 1.
If the handle end of the clutch cable
is adjusted to the limit position and
cannot meet the requirements of free
travel, then adjust it through the lock-
ing nut (A) and adjusting nut (B) on
the cable and the engine end.
Engine idle speed adjustment
The stepper motor configured in the motorcycle
automatically adjusts the idle speed to an appropri-
ate range. If adjustment is required, please contact
a professional repair shop.
Throttle body
The idle speed of the motorcycle will be reduced
due to the contamination of the throttle body. It is
best to clean the throttle body every 24,000 km.
When cleaning the throttle body, disconnect the
negative pole of the battery, disconnect the sensor
connector installed on the throttle valve; remove
the throttle cable, the hose connected to the air fil-
ter and the intake manifold, and remove the throttle
body.
Spray the cleaner on the inside of the throttle
body, and use a brush to remove dust and carbon
deposits.
