4.4.8. "BLUETOOTH" Mode
q First association of the Smartphone to the dashboard
Perform the following operations for the first associa-
tion of the Smartphone to your motorcycle:
1. Activate the Bluetooth on the Smartphone. Position
the Smartphone near the motorcycle and make sure
the vehicle dashboard is on.
2. Search in the list of the Bluetooth devices for the
name of the motorcycle to be paired (Fig. a).

3. Select the device. The Smartphone displays a pop-
up with a pairing code number (Fig. b).
4. At the same time, the dashboard displays a pairing
number named "PIN CODE" (Fig. c). If the code on
the Smartphone is the same as the one on the dash-
board, select "Pair" on the smartphone and press the
" " (right) control on the vehicle in order to confirm
the pairing of the devices.
5. The Smartphone displays another pop-up reporting
the request to allow the sharing of contacts and prefe-
rences (Fig. d). Press to allow the sharing. From now
on, the Smartphone is connected with the motorcycle
and the dashboard displays the "Bluetooth" symbol
with its connection state bar (see next page).
