The Road Remote is standard on some CREO SL models and controls the level of motor support. The road remote
is available through your local Authorized Specialized Retailer.
REMOTE INSTALLATION
The remote buttons can be installed in multiple places along the handlebar. When installing, make sure the position
is easily accessible and is comfortable to use.
CAUTION: Ensure that the cable does not interfere with handlebar movement and the cables do
not pull on the connectors when steering.
Remove any existing bar tape from the handlebars. Remove all old adhesive from the areas you are installing the
remote buttons. Make sure the handlebar is clean and dry before installing the remote buttons.
Unscrew the TCU and remove the TCU from the frame.
