Introduction

METTLER TOLEDO pH sensors type InPro
high-precision electrodes with liquid electrolyte, silver-ion
trap and built-in temperature sensor. The InPro 2000 (i)
sensors are suitable for the same wide range of applica-
tions as the corresponding 465 sensors without built-in
temperature sensor, and provide an additional temperature
signal for automatic temperature compensation of the pH
signal during calibration and operation. InPro 2000 (i) sen-
sors are in-situ sterilizable.
Please read through these operating instructions carefully
before commissioning, in order to ensure trouble-free use.
2 Safety instructions
The sensor consists partly of glass and should be han-
dled carefully. If the sensor is to be cleaned or calibrated
using acid or alkaline solutions, safety goggles and gloves
should be worn. Local safety regulations are applicable to
the handling of the sensor.
We recommend that you only operate the electrode in
combination with original parts from METTLER TOLEDO.
Operation and maintenance should be carried out only by
trained personnel and staff who have read and understood
the operating instructions.
