MAINTENANCE
Steering Assembly
Check the steering assembly of the vehicle
periodically for loose nuts and bolts. If
loose nuts and bolts are found, see your
POLARIS dealer for service before
operating the vehicle.
Rear Spring
The rear shock absorber spring is adjusted
by rotating the adjuster either clockwise or
counter-clockwise to increase or decrease
spring tension.
Front Spring
The front shock absorber spring is adjusted
by rotating the cam either clockwise or
counter-clockwise to increase or decrease
spring tension.
Power Steering Unit
If your model is equipped with power steering, frequently clean the
areas around and on the power steering unit to allow proper cooling.
Clean these areas thoroughly.
Seat Removal
1. Grasp one side of the seat
near the rear edge.
2. Pull upward abruptly to
disengage the under-seat
fasteners.
3. Remove the seat.
