Oil Recommendations

Always change the oil filter whenever changing oil.
POLARIS recommends the use of POLARISPS-4 Full Synthetic 5W-50
4-cycle oil or a similar oil for this engine. Oil may need to be changed
more frequently if POLARIS oil is not used. Always use 5W-50 oil.
Follow the manufacturer's recommendations for ambient temperature
operation.
NOTICE: Mixing brands or using a non-recommended oil may cause serious
engine damage. Always use a recommended oil. Never substitute or
mix oil brands.

Oil Level

Access the oil dipstick and fill tube
from the right side of the Tractor.
A rising oil level between checks in
cool weather driving can indicate
contaminants such as gas or
moisture collecting in the
crankcase. If the oil level is over the
full/safe mark, change the oil
immediately.
1. Position the vehicle on a level
surface.
2. Remove the dipstick. Wipe it
dry with a clean cloth.
3. Reinstall the dipstick
completely.
4. Remove the dipstick and check
the oil level. Maintain the oil
level in the safe range. Do not
overfill.
