7 Disassembly and Exchange

Disassembling the valve system

Risk of injury or damage due to uncontrolled movement
of system components!
Compressed air supply during valve system disassembly can
lead to personal injuries or damages to the system.
Make sure that the relevant part of the system is not
under pressure before starting disassembly.
Make sure that the valve system is completely installed
again before connecting compressed air.
If the system has to be left unattended during
installation, make sure that the compressed air supply
cannot be reconnected.
1. Version with multipole plug: To remove the multipole plug
from the connection piece (9), undo the four hexagon screws
using a 7 mm wrench and carefully pull the plug straight up.
Version with bus coupler: Disconnect all electrical
connections on the bus coupler.
2. Remove all pneumatic connections on the underside
of the valve system.
3. Remove the valve system from the mounting surface.
