a) • You can connect up to seven VSH-1000 units in a daisy
chain configuration.
• Setting the unit number and hard disk drive SCSI ID
numbers should be performed by your Sony dealer.
b) To terminate a SCSI bus, attach a SCSI terminator (supplied
with VSR-1000) to the unoccupied DRIVE connector (1 B, 2 B,
..., or 6 B).
c) When using a loop-through connection, turn OFF the 75-ohm
termination switch, and turn the switch ON when not.
d) Select the connector you are using with the switch.
e) Consult your VST-1000/1000P Operating Instructions on how
to connect a VCR , audio/video monitors, etc.
