M. Contracture Footrest
1. Changing Footrest and Footplate Angle
NOTE: Contracture Footrest is shown in the outside mount configuration. An inside mount can
be achieved by moving the leg rests to the opposite side.
a. The footrests on a contracture footrest can be angled toward the chair and away from the
chair by simply adjusting to upper pivot point (Fig. 26:A).
b. The footplates on a contracture footrest can also be moved front to rear (Fig. 26:B), are
angle adjustable (Fig. 26:C) and can be flipped up for transfer (Fig. 26:D).

2. Changing Footrest Height
a. Remove screw (Fig. 27:B) and nut (Fig. 27:C) from the long pivot (Fig. 27:A) and slide exten-
sion tube to desired height. See Chart in Fig. 27 for footrest heights that correspond with
each hole.
