Energiezuführungen (Hauptschalter)
abschalten!
Außerdem sind Maßnahmen zu
treffen um ein unbeabsichtigtes
Wiedereinschalten zu verhindern, z. B.
Warnschild am Hauptschalter anbringen!
AS 2/B komplett auswechseln (Fig.
15).
1 AS 2/B mit Hubwagen, Kran o.ä.
abstützen.
Abstützung erst wieder nach
vollständiger Befestigung des AS 2/B in
der Anlage entfernen!
2 Kopfseitige Befestigung AS 2/B an
UM 2/B entfernen. Dazu Seitenteile
abnehmen...
2a...bei Mot oranbau außen,
Getriebemotor am Flansch lösen
und von Sechskantwelle abziehen.
3 2x2 Sechskantschrauben M8x20
(SW13) und Federscheiben
8,4- FST lösen.
4 Nutensteine „A" an Bohrung „X" mit
Schraubendreher o.ä. Werkzeug
aus der Führung im Gussteil
schieben.
5 AS 2/B nach oben entnehmen.
6 Neuen AS 2/B mit Hubwagen,
Kran o.ä. von oben in die Anlage
einsetzen.
7 Befestigungsbohrungen von
Gussteil mit Gewinden von
Nutensteinen „A" übereinander
bringen und AS 2/B festschrauben.
8 AS 2/B kopfseitig mit UM 2/B
verbinden, Seitenteile und
Getriebemotor befestigen,
Sechskantwelle vor dem Einbau
einfetten (z.B. mit Anti-Seize),
Schrauben sichern.
(z. B. mit Loctite 243).
9 Gurtmontage GT 2 siehe Seite11,
bzw. Druckschrift-Nr.:

Prior to alterations and repairs,
disconnect energy sources (main
switch, etc.)! In addition, take
precautions to prevent inadvertent
resto- ration of power, e.g. warning
sign at the main switch!

Replacing the AS 2/B completely

(Fig. 15).
1 Support the AS 2/B with a fork-lift
truck, crane or similar equipment.
Do not remove this support mechanism
until the AS 2/B has been fully fastened
in place in the system.
2 Remove the AS 2/B fastening at
the head end at UM 2/B. To do so,
remove the side elements...
2a...if the motor is mounted externally,
release the gear motor at the fl ange
and pull it off the hex shaft.
3 Release 2x2 hex bolts M8x20
(spanner size 13) and spring
washers 8.4 FST.
4 Push slotted blocks „A" at hole „X"
out of the guide in the casting using
a screwdriver or similar tool.
5 Remove the AS 2/B, lifting it up and
out.
6 Insert new AS 2/B in the system
from above, using a fork-lift truck,
crane or similar equipment.
7 Position the fastening holes in the
casting in line with the threads of
the slotted block „A" and screw the
AS 2/B in place.
8 Connect the AS 2/B to the UM 2/B
at the head end, then replace and
secure the side components and
gear motor. Lubricate the hex shaft
before replacing it (e.g. with Anti-
Seize), then secure the screws (e.g.
with Loctite 243).

Avant d'effectuer des travaux de
réparation ou de modifi cation de
l'installation, couper l'alimentation en
énergie (commutateur principal)!
En outre, prendre les mesu-res
nécessaires pour éviter une remise en
marche acci-dentelle, aposer p.ex. un
panneau d'avertissement à proximité du
commutateur principal!
Remplacer complètement
l'AS 2/B(Fig. 15).
1 Soutenir l'AS 2 avec le chariot
élévateur, une grue ou autre.
Ne pas retirer le mécanisme de soutien
tant que l'AS 2/B n'aura pas été fi xé
complètement à l'installation !
2 Enlever la fi xation avant qui relie
l'AS 2/B au UM 2/B. Pour cela,
enlever les pièces latérales ...
2a...lorsque le moteur se trouve à
l'extérieur, desserrer la bride du
moteur d'entraînement et enlever
l'arbre hexagonal.
3 Desserrer 2x2 vis à tête hexagonale
M8x20 (SW13) et les rondelles
élastiques 8,4- FST.
4 Pousser le coulisseau à gorge
„A" jusqu'à l'alésage „X" avec le
tournevis ou un autre outil pour
l'enlever du guidage de la pièce en
fonte.
5 Enlever l'AS 2/B par le haut.
6 Installer le nouveau AS 2/B dans
l'installation avec un chariot
élévateur, une grue ou autre par le
haut.
7 Amener les alésages de fi xation
de la pièce en fonte en face des
fi letages des coulisseaux à gorges
„A" et visser à fond l'AS 2/B.
8 Relier l'avant de l'AS 2/B avec
l'UM 2/B, fi xer les pièces latérales
et le moteur d'entraînement, lubrifi er
l'arbre hexagonal avant de l'installer
(p.ex. avec de l'Anti-Seize), bien
serrer les vis. (p. ex. avec du
Loctite 243).
9 Pour le montage de la courroie
