4.2.3 REPLACEMENT OF BELTS

- Unscrew the screws (Q, Fig. 51) and remove the protective
casing.
- Loosen the belt tensioner completely (R, Fig. 51).
- Replace the worn belts with new ones.
- Put these at the optimum tension using the belt tensioner. Belt
play should not exceed 2 centimetres.
- Put the protective casing back in position and ¿ x it in place with
the screws (Q, Fig. 51).
4.2.4 REPLACEMENT OF PULLEYS
Notes for replacement of pulleys, if necessary.
- Unscrew the screws (Q, Fig. 51) and remove the protective
casing.
- Loosen the belt tensioner completely (R, Fig. 51).
- Remove the belts.
To replace the driving pulley (S, Fig. 52), turn it clockwise; vice
versa, turn the driven pulley (T, Fig. 52) counterclockwise.
