Chapter VI Inflation
Extreme care shall be taken when the tire is inflated and the instructions below shall be strictly followed,
because the tire changer is not specially designed and manufactured to protect the people around at the sudden
puncture.
A puncture may cause the serious injury to the operator or even death. Carefully check and make sure that rim
and tire are of the same size. Confirm that the tire is free of defects or wear before the inflation. Check the
pressure after each jet. The maximum inflation pressure applies to all of our tire changers (3.5 bar = 51 psi). The
pressure values recommended by manufacturer shall not be exceeded. Keep your body and hands as far away as
possible from the tire.
6.1 Inflate the tire with the inflation indicator. According to the standard version, our tire changer is equipped with the inflation indicator.
Inflation procedure is as follows:
Explosion risk!
Tire inflating pressure shall not be more than 3.5 bar (51 psi): if the higher pressure is required, remove the
tire from the large plate and inflate it in the special protective cage. Do not exceed the inflating pressure
recommended by manufacturer, and keep the hand and body behind the tire being inflated: the inflation shall be
conducted only by the specially trained and authorized personnel, and others shall not operate or stay near the
tire changer.
