First position the clamping jaw within the size of rim to be
clamped, place the rim in the clamping jaw of turntable,
then place the tire-pressing block at the center hole of rim
(Fig. 12). Lower the lifting control handle to press the rim
until the outer edge of rim is below the clamping jaw plane
so that the rim is locked. Lift the roller holder and place it in
the inoperative position.
