4.2 Assembly of Parts

4.2.1 Assembly of column
- Please read this Manual carefully before the installation and commissioning. Any unauthorized modifications to the machine parts may
cause damages to the machine.
- Installation and commissioning personnel shall have certain electrical knowledge.
- Operators shall be specially trained and qualified.
- Please check the equipment list carefully before installation. In case of any doubts, please contact the dealer or the Company
immediately. To ensure the smooth installation and commissioning, the following common tools shall be prepared:
Monkey wrench (10") 2 pieces
Sleeve wrench 1 set
Internal hexagon wrench 1 set
Screwdriver 1 set
Hammer 1 piece
Multimeter 1 piece
4.2.2 Unpacking.
4.2.3 Unpack the machine according to the unpacking instructions on the packaging box; remove the surrounding packaging materials;
check if the machine is damaged during transportation and if the accessories are complete.
4.2.4 Transport the packaging materials away from the working site and dispose of them properly.
4.2.5 Installation of column.

Ground the machine cabinet base and place it
stably on site. Unpack the accessory box and
take out the shaft assembly diagram (4-1) and
wipe it clean.
