4.2.14 Ventilation test
When the air source is switched on, press the air valve locking button (Fig. 2-1 B) to lock the push-pull arm and press the column tilt pedal (Fig.
2-1 H) to make the column tilt backwards by about 25 . The moving speed of column has been adjusted to one-way motion for about 2s. If
the speed becomes too high or too low afterwards, the speed may be adjusted via the valve controlled by the chassis leaning pedal (Fig. 2-1
H): release the copper silencer throttle valve on the air valve, turn the throttle valve clockwise to decrease the speed, and vice versa.
4.3 Commissioning
All electrical work shall be performed by the qualified personnel and the correct power supply shall be provided.
Make sure that phases are connected correctly. Improper electrical connections may damage the motor and
invalid the warranty.
Check if the features of your system meet the requirements of the machine. If it is inevitably to change the operating voltage of machine,
adjust the terminal block according to the electrical diagram in Chapter X. Connect the inlet of air source triplet (Fig. 2-1 S) with the
compressed air system of total air source.
Connect the machine to the electrical system. The electrical system shall be equipped with the line fuss and well
grounded according to the local national standards. The equipment shall be equipped with leakage protection
devices (if necessary) to ensure the safe operation of equipment. If the power plug is not installed on the tire
changer, the user shall install one with the minimum current is 16 A, which complies with the regulations for
machine voltage.
4.4 Operation Test
With the pedal (Fig. 4-17 K) pressed, the large plate rotates clockwise. With the pedal lifted, the large plate rotates counterclockwise.
If the large plate does not rotate along the above directions, exchange two lines on the 3-phase binding post.
