• If you can not finish the adjustment at one time, repeat the above methods until reach the regulated free way.
BRAKE SYSTEM CHECK AND ADJUSTMENT
CHECK AND REPLACING OF REAR DISC BRAKE
• The free way play of the rear brake pedal should be 20-30mm, if it is incorrect, please adjust it according to the following methods:
• Tread the rear brake pedal several times and check for free wheel rotation after the brake pedal is released.
• Note: Check the abrasion, if it exceeds the worn limit, it should be replaced.
The front brake light switch is situated in the inner side of the front brake handle, it should switch on the circuit of the brake light as soon as the
brake force produced, the rear brake light switch is situated on the right side of the vehicle frame. It should switch on the circuit of the brake
light as soon as the rear brake is applied or make adjustment.
BRAKE FLUID LEVEL
WARNING:
• Brake fluid may cause irritation. Avoid contact with skin or eyes.
• In case of contact, flush thoroughly with water and call a doctor if your eyes were exposed.
• Keep out of reach of children.
CAUTION
• Handle brake fluid with care because it can damage plastic and painted surfaces.
• When adding brake fluid, be sure the brake fluid tank is horizontal before the cap is removed, or brake fluid may spill out.
• Use only specified brake fluid from a sealed container.
• Never allow contaminants such as dirt or water to enter the brake fluid tank.
