Before cooking again, check that no detergent residues have been left in the cooking
chamber. If residues are found, rinse the cooking chamber thoroughly and heat the oven
in "convection" mode for about 15 min. to dry it out.
Important
The presence of the operator is only required for
the semi-automatic wash cycle.
Semiautomatic washing
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
1) In STOP status press button (16) 6 times to select
the SA program.
2) Press button (2) to start the washing cycle.
3) When the beeper sounds (about 5 min. after wash-
ing starts) and the light inside the cooking cham-
ber on, place the detergent.
4) Open the door and spray the food-approved deter-
gent onto all the walls of the cooking chamber, the
heat exchanger and the fan.
Use of the "cleaner spray" accessory and the de-
tergent provided by the manufacturer is recom-
mended for this procedure.
Caution - Warning
When cleaning and sanitising the appliance with detergents, wear personal protection
equipment (gloves, masks, goggles, etc.) as required by the relevant health and safety leg-
islation.
5) Close the door and wait for the oven to complete the washing, rinsing and fi nal thermal disin-
fection program automatically. A beeper sounds at the end of the washing cycle.
6) Press button (14) to switch off the buzzer.
