3.1- Intended use

This machine is designed and built to accurately harvest and chop several types
of forage crops planted in line, such as corn, sorghum, grass, sugar cane and
similars, producing excellent forage for ensiling and daily treatment of animals.
Simultaneously harvest two rows planted with specific spacing, according to
the opening of the acquired platform.

IMPORTANT!

Machine performance may be affected under poor harvesting conditions,
such as: tilled, braided or lined crops, inadequate planting, improper
land for mechanized harvesting, etc.
This machine is designed exclusively for use in agricultural or similar
operations and should only be used for its intended purpose, according to
the specifications contained in the manual. The use in any other activity is
considered contrary to intended use.
Compliance and strict observance of the operational conditions, maintenance
and repairs, as specified by the manufacturer, are also essential elements of
the intended use.
Operation, maintenance, inspection and other operations on this machine
must be carried out by competent, qualified, skilled or authorized workers
for this purpose (NR 12).
The manufacturer is not responsible for any arbitrary modifications made to
this machine.
The warranty will remain valid whenever the machine is used in accordance
with the instructions described in this manual.

3.2- Description of the machine

Two-row forage harvester, consisting of an articulated arm for side or rear
coupling to the tractor's three-point hydraulic lift system, a support wheel to
assist the hydraulic system to support the machine's weight, cardan transmission
system (gearbox and cardan model), two platforms with two front feeding
drums and two rear rollers, one of which is movable, a speed change system for
varying the cutting length, two chopper rotors containing twelve knives each,
a rotating outlet chute hydraulically operated and a deflector that directs the
jet of the chopped crops.
