Removing the submersible pump
See Fig. D.
r There is no filter bag and no dirt in the container.
Disconnect electrical connection:
1. Remove plug of submersible pump from the socket on the cover (D1).
2. Open latches.
3. Remove cover from the container.
4. Remove grommet from the feed-through (D2).
5. Lead plug and connecting cable of the submersible pump through the feed-through to the inside of the
container (D3).
6. Close feed-through on the container with the grommet (D3).
7. Close opening in the grommet with plug (D3).
Remove submersible pump from the container:
1. Unscrew Geka- or C-coupling

2. Guide outside thread of elbow union through water outlet opening on the container (D4).
3. Make sure that sealing ring on elbow union is not lost.
4. Remove detachable cable tie that fixes the submersible pump to the container (D5).
5. Keep cable tie for next use.
6. Lift submersible pump out of the container (D6).
Close the water outlet opening on the container:
1. Unscrew elbow union from hose connector of submersible pump (D7).
2. Make sure that sealing ring on elbow union is not lost.
3. Guide outside thread of elbow union through water outlet opening on the container (D8).
4. Screw Geka- or C-coupling

5. Close water outlet opening on the container with Geka-
6. Place cover on the container.
7. Close latches.
Sucking up liquids with the submersible pump
r Submersible pump is installed (see "Installing the submersible pump").
r There is no filter bag and no dirt in the container.

Foam filter FSS 1200 (blue)
Suction hose with hand tube
Water nozzle
Submersible pump
Drainage hose with nominal diameter 1½"

Never vacuum without foam filter FSS 1200 (blue)
Do not install filter cartridge FPP 3600
or C-coupling cap (D9).
