Bluetooth Range
The Bluetooth range of operation may vary
depending on the remote device used, we
recommend a range of 5-10 meters distance. If the
connection terminates unexpectedly and the LED
indicator changes from GREEN (connected) to BLUE
(standby), reduce the distance between the Elan and
the remote device being used until the connection is
restored and can be maintained.
No Bluetooth® connection: using the Comms Cable (USB)
The Comms Cable can be used for setting
up the Elan via a USB port with a laptop
computer with no Bluetooth capability or
where it is not possible to make a Bluetooth
connection.
See Section 13 for the software driver
installation procedure and instructions for
using the Comms Cable.
9.1 Launch the PC Interface Program
1 To launch the PC Interface program:
Click the Endolite program icon in the
list of programs or from your desktop.
2 When the Login screen appears
