ATC mount
1. Slacken counter nut or rod mount and remove
(1 -1).
2. Shorten thread length on the rod to 10 mm (1
-2).
3. Twist guide pin M10 / M12 onto the road and
counter. (2).
4. Lubricate the thread of the push rod extending
from mounting - protection against corrosion.
5. Push plastic bushing and plunger rod extent-
sion in the ATC (3).
6. Twist hexagon nut on as far as the stop (4).
7. Screw plunger rod extension into the ATC as
far as possible (5).
8. Push ATC as far forward as the Bowden cable
resistance bearing (6).
9. Screw angle bracket to ATC (7).
For variant D: Screw ATC directly onto Bow-
den cable support.
a) Fit the tooth lock washer under the screw
head.
b) Tighten screws alternately on the left and
right.

2x self-locking hexagon nut
Plunger rod must be central to through
hole. Tightening moment: 40 Nm.
10. Unscrew plunger rod extension by hand, until
it stops at the the guide pin hexagon nut (8)
max. 1mm clearance
11. Counter hexagon nut on the ATC (9).
Counter on the flat face of the plunger
rod extension.
CAUTION!
So not adjust on this nut (10)!
Connection
Safety information
Never connect ATC without fuse or directly to
a car battery.
Only use the cables supplied.
Never fit cables over sharp edged corners,
Use edge protection.

Never lay cables near to devices, whose tem-
perature exceeds 50°C.
Keep a minimum distance from cables with
supply voltage 230 V~ : > 10 cm.

ATC LOCK-OUT CIRCUIT

ATC lock-out circuit
For flawless operation of the ATC in the
case of caravans with independent 12 V
power supply (e.g. on-board battery, au-
tonomous battery pack), a lock-out cir-
cuit must be installed between the distri-
butor box of the caravan and the ATC.

FITTING THE LED

Fitting the LED
for overrun device without plastic cover
1. Mounting the LED on the LED holder.
2. Loosen hex nut on the over-running device
and push in the LED holder.
3. Retighten hex nut
torque 86 Nm.
For overrun device with plastic cover
1. Remove jockey wheel from overrun device.
2. Remove plastic cover, turn cover over and in-
sert mounting plate in this position only. (11).
3. Mark position of centre drill hole.
4. Take out mounting plate and drill holes in the
plastic cover (12).
5. Insert LED through the Ø13.5 mm drill hole
and fit mounting plate (13).
6. Screw mounting plate to the cover (14).

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

Cables connect
1. Insert ATC cable in the ATC.
2. Fit the free cable end to the junction box of the
13-poles supporter cable.
3. Insert ground conductor of the ATC cable (5)
in the slot of the junction box of the supporter
cable.
