11.2.1 Manual Operation

There are 2 possible modes of manual operation, temporary or permanent, with
suspension of the running program. Both forced modes have their own modifiable
temperature setting completely independent of the running program.
Temporary manual operation
1) Following the path of the button Menu -> WORKING MODE SEt ->
MANUAL SEt, select the element MANUAL TEMP and confirm using OK:
the symbol 6 and independent temperature SEt will flash.
Using the buttons 23 makes it possible to set the required temperature.
2)
Wait 4 sec. or confirm by pressing OK.
