Set the socket in 5° flexion plus any
measured flexion contracture.
Tilt Setting: Ankle
Set the ankle in 3° dorsiflexion and 6°
plantarflexion. Check that the ankle is
not on the tilt limits and that the user
is standing in a comfortable upright
position before commencing the dynamic
alignment.
Ensure that when the device is in
full flexion no part of the socket
or associated componentry
comes into contact with the
knee.
