CHECKS AND MAINTENANCE
The brake fluid is highly corrosive, do not allow any to drip on the painted parts of the vehicle.
For this operation, use protective gloves.
Keep the brake fluid out of the reach of children.
In case of contact:
- with eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.
- with the skin, immediately wash the affected parts with soap and water.
Change clothes immediately If they become contaminated by the brake fluid.
If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.
Checking the rear brake pads for wear

The state of wear of the brake pads can be checked
by observing the end of the 2 pads on the caliper
(see arrow) they should have a minimum thickness
of 2 mm.
In the case of a lower thickness, immediately replace
them.
Note:
Perform this check according to the schedule shown
on the chart at (p.98).
For replacement, contact a SHERCO authorized
service center.
