The only way to restart the tank when there is an error is to cut off the tank's power supply for a short
instant. You are advised to contact the maintenance company if the problem recurs.

9.2. Without error code

Some malfunctions do not generate an error code. Think to verify the following point:
• Electrical heating element: should the safety thermostat on the electrical heating element cut out, reset it
manually by pressing the red button on the front of the thermostat.
Causes
Abnormally rapid rise in T° on the
tank bottom water sensor or tank
top = empty tank.
Refrigerating line temperature at
compressor outlet (HP) too high.
Compressor out of order.
Compressor stopped following
overload safety activated by the
inverter module.
Compressor start-up failure (inverter
module).
Compressor stopped following
sub-speed detected by the inverter
module.
Compressor short-circuited.
Peak/off-peak signal detection in
permanent state at off-peak times.
Communication with LCD screen
defective.
Extract airflow too low (evaporator
temperature abnormally and
regularly low)
Tank top temperature sensor
abnormally high (heat pump
running)
Top and bottom temperature
sensors reversed
Heat pump production level
abnormally low.
Consequences on the water heater
Water not heating: stop heat pump and electrical boost.
Fan in operation (CMEV) for version
FAN_T.FLOW HYGRO+ / B100-FAN_T.FLOW NANO
(with built-in fan).
Stop the heat pump and heat the water with electrical
boost only (SAFE mode).
Fan in operation (CMEV) for version
B200-FAN_T.FLOW HYGRO+ / B100-FAN_T.FLOW
NANO
(with built-in fan).
Water heated with heat pump and electrical top-up but
dual tariff is not active.
No impact on operation.
Stop the heat pump and heat the water with electrical
boost only (SAFE mode).
Fan in operation (CMEV) for version B200-FAN_T.FLOW
HYGRO+ / B100-FAN_T.FLOW NANO (with built-in fan).
Water heated with heat pump only - electrical boost
prohibited
Fan in operation (CMEV) for version
B200-FAN_T.FLOW HYGRO + (with built-in fan)
