INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Operation
Proceed as follows:
1. Connect the ground clamp from the power source to the sheet metal workpiece to be straightened, following these
guidelines:
• connect it as close as possible to the place to be welded.
• do not connect it to a neighbouring panel (e.g: do not connect the ground to a door in order to straighten the vehi-
• cleanly strip the surface of the workpiece at the point of connection
2. Strip the area where the sheet is to be worked on.
3. Attach the required tool to the end of the gun, tightening the nut firmly.
4. Select the tool and the power.
5. Create contact between the gun tool and the workpiece.
6. Perform your spot weld.
Ignition
This function has 2 ignition systems:
Manual mode (using the trigger)

The machine is able to create the welding arc automatically.
The machine automatically detects the electrical contact and generates the spot weld in less than 1 second. To pro-
duce a 2nd spot, remove the contact at the end of the gun for at least half a second, and then reapply contact.
For best performance, it is recommended to use the ground cable and the guns that are sup-
plied as standard.
