Fitting the installation kit

Unfold the scum guard. Place the clips on both
sides of the folding edges.

Slide the retaining clip for securing the dividing
baffle, together with the round bar, into the scum
guard. Using a hammer, strike in firmly the retain-
ing clip.

A cable tie must then be introduced through these
two holes and pulled tight. The projecting end of
the cable tie must be cut off.
The same procedure is repeated on the oppo-
site side.
Insert the scum guard baffle in the upper shell. one
groove off from the centre.
Drill an 8 mm hole through the tank's groove
where the dividing baffle sits. A second hole is
drilled in the dividing baffle. This should be at least
4 cm from the edge.
Continue assembling the Carat S tank as de-
scribed in the installation instructions (seal, cen-
tring pins, lubricant)
