4 Final assembly and installation of oneAdvanced 16–90 PE
4.3.13 Connecting the excess sludge lifter
An HT pipe (DN 110, L = 150 mm) is pushed from
the inside to the outside through the seal at the
opening (see Section 4.3.2) for the sludge return.
4.3.14 Installing the feed lifter in the preliminary cleaning system
The two vertical pipes of the feed lifter are stabilised directly under the middle socket connector using two
PVC pipe clamps and clips.
The third PVC pipe clamp is prepared for tank installation using the clamp supplied (see top right-hand
image). This is then clamped onto the floor rib. Ensure that the clamp is flush on the rib and is not sitting
on a small cross strut.
The lower bend of the feed lifter is then placed in this PVC pipe clamp and can be additionally secured
using M3x16 Spax screws.
The feed lifter outlet is pushed into the DN110 pipe to the SBR tank. These pipe connections are also se-
cured using M3x16 Spax screws.
The sludge return line is connected to the socket
of the fitted HT pipe.
