5 Troubleshooting
Error
Air Guard not active
Unusually high O content

No alarm despite exceeding of
the limit values defined in
DIN EN 12021
Flow rate too low for
measurement
The purging does not start.
Error on gas detector
or sensor, measured
value displayed on
touchscreen with #. The
compressed air supply cannot
be started or runs out.
The alarm threshold has been
exceeded.
The value has fallen below the

Cause
The power supply is not present. Connect the power supply.
The circuit breakers tripped.
The hose behind the O sensor is

The hose is kinked, damaged or
the joint has loosened.
The inlet pressure is too low.
Leakage in the PID 5000
The gassing adapter on the gas

authorised technical personnel replace the hose.
