7 Check that the hose returns correctly after discon-

nection.
8 Check the airflow in the nozzle opening using an
airflow meter. Check the rotation direction of the
fan impeller and/or the damper function.
9 Check that the hose and the nozzle cannot catch in
any part of the vehicle or any other item.
10 Check the bolted joint on the suspension device.
11 Check the screw joint on the rail profiles.
12 Check the rail's end stop and trolley stop.
13 Check the balancer line and the balancer setting.
14 Check the shock absorber(s).
15 Check that the extraction trolley slides easily
along the entire length of the rail. Check the
wheels of the extraction trolley.
16 Check the extraction trolley's slide surfaces for
wear (against the sealing strips). Clean the slide
surfaces if necessary.
17 Check that the manual valve of the safety coupler
moves easily and responds to pilot signal from dis-
connection valve.
18 Check the hoses for damage and wear.
19 Check that the nozzle is attached to the exhaust
pipe. Also check the nozzle, the exhaust pipe and
the tailpipe stop for damage, wear and correct po-
sition.

7.1 Ordering spare parts
When ordering spare parts always state the following:
• The part number and control number (see the
product identification plate).
• Detail number and name of the spare part (see
www.nederman.com/en/service/spare-part-
search).
• Quantity of the parts required.
8 Recycling
The product has been designed for component mater-
ials to be recycled. Different material types must be
handled according to relevant local regulations. Con-
tact the distributor or Nederman if uncertainties arise
when scrapping the product at the end of its service
life.
