OSSIBLE CAUSES AND SOLUTIONS
At least one of the two potentiometers is being adjusted. Set it to 0.
Put running switches in neutral position and the potentiometer at the minimum.

OSSIBLE CAUSES AND SOLUTIONS
When the key switch is switched on the motor is turning. If the error persists power parts could be
damaged. Contact after sales service.
Check the main contactor according to the procedure described in the error section 5 "Relay driver
fault".
Battery voltage is below the min. value.
Battery voltage has exceeded the max voltage allowed for the controller.
• The contactor must be in good conditions and the mobile part must be able to move.
• The coil resistor value (when cold) must be higher than 9 Ohm.
• Coil wires should not be damaged or stripped.
• Pellets should not be worn out nor show important signs of burning.
• The voltage measured on coil ends in all contactors controlled by the control system is about
24V for the first seconds and then 11V.
• On coil positive (White) battery voltage must always be present when the switch is in on position.
Check that the wires connected to the potentiometer are not interrupted.
Check controller and base coupling. If the error is repeated contact after sales service
The controller has been switched off when the vehicle was moving. Always turn the controller off
when the vehicle is stopped.
The battery voltage is higher than 60V, that is the max voltage allowed for the controller
Programming procedure has been interrupted. Repeat it.
