7. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Take all parts out of the packaging carefully and place them on a flat surface. When
doing this, use suitable padding to protect the working surface. Assembly of the
individual parts should be carried out by two people
Before assembly, check the parts list to verify that all parts are present. Some parts
have already been preassembled to simplify the assembly process for you.
STEP 1
1. Remove the 4 premounted screws (37), 4 spring washers (13),
4 curved washers (12), and 4 cap nuts (38) from the frame (40). Remove the paper
tube.
2. Fasten the front stand (32) and the rear stand (49) to the frame (40).
3. Fasten the connection using 2 screws (37), 2 spring washers (13),
2 curved washers (12), and 2 cap nuts (38).
4. Tighten all screws.
STEP 2
1. Remove 6 he screws (11), 6 spring washers (13), and 6 curved washers (12) from
the frame (40).
2. onnect the connection cable (2) to the connection cable (71).
3. Mount the handlebar post (3) to the frame (40). Secure the connection with 6 he
screws (11), 6 spring washers (13), and 6 curved washers (12).
4. Tighten all screws.
STEP 3
1. Remove 2 he screws (20), 2 spring washers (13), 2 washers (21), and
2 wavy washers (23) from the handlebar post (3).
2. Fasten the left handle (17L) and the right handle (17R) to the handlebar
post (3). Fasten each connection using 1 he screw (20), 1 spring washer (13),
1 washer (21), and 1 wavy washer (23).
3. Mount the front cover for the left handle (18L) and the rear cover for the left
handle (19L). Mount the front cover for the right handle (18R) and the rear cover for
the right handle (19R).
4. Tighten all screws.
