PROGRAM MODE (PROGRAM 2–11)

settings mode.

In settings mode, press the ENTER button to set the values for TIME, DISTANCE,
CALORIE, and AGE. The selected parameter flashes on the display.

To change a value in settings mode, press the
button (decrease). Press the ENTER button to confirm and proceed to the ne t
parameter.

After you ve made all the settings, press the ENTER button to leave settings mode.
6.
Press the START button to start training.

The resistance level will be automatically set depending on the program you select.
To change the resistance level while training, press the
button (decrease).
8.
If you have set values for TIME, DISTANCE, or CALORIE, the corresponding value
will count down during training. When any one of the values reaches 0, a beep will
sound and training will automatically end.
9.
To stop training earlier, press the START button.
