6.1
Preparing storage
CAUTION!
Carry out the following steps before storage:
1. Disconnect the power plugs of the power supply and switching device.
2. Disconnect the torch from the switching device.
3. Remove the ORBITWIN SW connecting lines at the power supply.
4. Disconnect the connection of the ORBITWIN SW and power supply with connection pieces and screws.
5. Lift the power supply from the ORBITWIN SW.
6. Store the switching device at a dry place.
Ensure that the connecting hoses and cables are not twisted, crushed or pinched.
Carry out the following steps additionally before longer storage periods:

X Observe gross weight, see chap. 5, page 40.
Hands and fingers can be caught in and crushed while placing the power supply on the
ORBITWIN.
X To mount the switching device and power supply, place the switching device on a stable base.
X Carry out placement of the power supply on the switching device with at least 2 persons.
X Place the overall system (power supply and switching device) only on stable bases.
X When lifting the overall system (power supply and switching device) do not exceed the
permissible total weight of 25 kg for men and 15 kg for women.
X Wear safety shoes.
