Instructions for care
X Do not use lubricants or sliding agents.
X Ensure that no dirt particles, small parts or liquids enter the interior of the ORBITWIN.
X If the surfaces are soiled, use only residue-free cleaning agents for cleaning.
10.2
Maintenance and care
The following instructions for care depend, if not stated otherwise, strongly on the usage of the switching device.
Shorter cleaning intervals influence the equipment service life positively.

X Check the switching device, connection hoses and cables, power cables and mains plugs for
damage.
X Clean the switching device fully from the outside.
X Have the BGV-A3 test carried out by Orbitalum or through another certified body.
POSSIBLe CAUSe
No input voltage.
Signal cable interruption.
Permanent gas not switched on.
Gas hose not connected.
Gas cylinder closed.
Flow meter closed.
ReMeDY
X Power supply switched on?
X Check the power line.
X Check the control cable connection of ORBIT-
WIN to the power supply and ORBITWIN to
the weld torch.
X Press the "Permanent gas" pressure switch.
X Check the gas input socket at the device rear.
X Check the gas cylinder valve.
X Check the flow meter valve.
