Remove the fixed belt block for joining of the round belt from its
support bracket. Check that the 4 grub screws do not obstruct the
central hole through which the belt must be inserted.
Take the round belt and insert it inside the movable belt block.
Wind the belt around the pulleys keeping the movable belt block
in the lower branch with the bracket facing outwards of the panel.
6.5 - Insertion of the slow panel on the telescopic rear beam
Before inserting the panel on the beam, the anti-derailment wheels
of the runners must be free. Then loosen the screws shown in the
figure below.
Cut the belt to size (refer to the relevant table in the "installation
dimensions" section para. 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, "Lbelt2" dimension) such
as to close the ring. Insert the two ends inside the fixed belt block,
check that the two ends connect to the middle of the block by
looking into the central hole and then secure each end with 2 grub
screws.
Tighten the belt by tightening the tensioner.
ATTENTION !
Simply tighten the belt so that it is not loose and cannot come out
of the pulleys but it is not necessary for it to be under high tension;
on the contrary excessive tension could compromise its correct
functioning, resulting in bending of the pulley supports. Lock the
guide in position, tightening the screws in step 2.
2
At this point it is possible to connect the panel to the beam.
Once the panel is connected to the beam, push the anti-derailment
wheels upwards and lock them.
N.B. It is advisable not to lock the anti-derailment wheel directly
in contact with the upper part of the beam profile, but to leave
approximately 0.5÷1 mm of space between the wheel and the beam.
