The heating element on
any cooking mode turns
on and off during time
Use a temperature 10°C higher (this may result in a shorter
cooking time).
Decrease the temperature in 10ºC (this could lead to an upper
cooking time) and check the recipe steps.

Use convection mode to bake at more than one height and
remove the tray/rack individually when ready.
Steam is part of the cooking process and is usually released
together with the cooling air flow. This steam can condensate
in different oven surfaces or near them and form water drops.
It is a physical process and cannot be completely prevented.
You can use heat-resistant bakeware. It is recommended not
to use aluminium in direct contact with food, especially when
they are acidic.
Make sure the container and lid fit properly.
Preheat the oven for 5 minutes and place food on the level
indicated in the manual.

introduce/check food.
Place the tray at height 1. Almost every liquid dripping from
