The following assembly steps are explained using a Robacta MTG 2500 as the ex-
ample. Assembly with other torch necks is carried out in a similar manner.

Change Wire IMPORTANT! Ensure when cutting the wire guide insert to length that
Guide Insert -

Use the power tong (item no. 42,0435,0009) to shorten the steel wire guide.

Robacta MTG 4000 : 22°, 36°
the contact tube is firmly installed in the torch neck
the wire guide insert is pushed firmly onto the contact tube
deburr the inside of the wire guide insert.
