of wood or plastic. The utensils should be able to withstand the temperature generated by the
heating plate. It is forbidden to remove and distribute food using hands.
If any food is left on the stone or in the baking form during or after preparation, remove the
food remains before preparing another dish. Food remains can be burned, causing smoke,

DEVICE OPERATION
Installation, start-up and operation of the device
The device must be unpacked, and all parts of the packaging completely removed. It is recommended to keep the packaging, as
it can be helpful for further transport and storage of the device.
Prepare the device according to the instructions specifi ed in the "Product Maintenance" section.
Heat the device and stone before fi rst use. This will remove the remains of the preservatives used to protect the device during
storage.
Place the stone in the base of the device (II) and close the lid (III). Place the device according to the instructions and connect it to
the power supply. Turn the knobs to set the temperature to the highest setting and set the time to 10 minutes. The operation status
light lights up, indicating that the device has started to heat up.
A small amount of smoke may come out of the device when heating up, and a slight odour may be noticeable.
After heating, disconnect the device from the power supply by unplugging the power cord from the socket, open the lid of the
device and allow it to cool down.
Never accelerate the cooling of the device, for example, by pouring water on it, or immersing in water.
The dough should be placed directly on the stone. Do not pour water or oil over the stone or soak it with other fat. Before placing
the dough on the stone, sprinkle it with fl our; in the case of sticky dough, more fl our should be used.
Before placing the pizza on the stone, heat the oven and the stone for 10 minutes at the highest temperature.
Then open the oven lid, carefully place the pizza on the stone. For example, use the included spatula and close the oven lid. Set
the highest temperature and time to approx. 5 minutes. After approx. 3 minutes open the lid and check the baking condition. End
baking or continue by closing the lid.
The baking time and temperature must be selected experimentally. Both parameters can vary on account of pizza composition
and dough thickness. Thicker dough and more ingredients may require longer baking times.
If the pizza is baked in the baking form, it is not required to heat the form before placing the pizza on it, but the interior of the oven
should be heated in the same manner as for the use of the stone.
The device is equipped with a thermostat that automatically maintains the set temperature during baking. Each time the heater is
switched on, the operation status light lights up.
After fi nished baking, turn the temperature knob to the position marked "0", unplug the power cord from the socket and open the
lid. Lift the lid using the handles located on it.
Both the stone and baking form have handles that can be very hot. Grasp the handles with heat-resistant gloves.
Allow the oven to cool down. Allow the stone and baking form to cool down.
After the oven and accessories have cooled down, proceed with maintenance.
Device maintenance
