Outlet body and plunger

Unscrew plunger rod (5) from plunger
(connecting) rod assembly (26)
4 Unscrew plunger (connecting) rod
assembly (26) from bushing
and plunger (1)
5 Remove check ball (2), pin (3)
and check ball (4) from bushing
and plunger (1)
6 Unscrew coupler (16) from bushing
and plunger (1)
7 Remove priming check and plunger (17)
and two keepers (24) from coupler (16)
NOTE

Assembly
1 Refer to fig. IPB 1, pg. 12
Place o-ring (13) onto bushing
and plunger (1)
2 Place the two keepers ( 24) onto priming
check and plunger (17) and insert
into coupler (16)
3 Assemble coupler (16) with bushing and
plunger (1) by first applying high strength
threadlocker and torque as indicated
NOTE
For threadlocker and torque specifica-
tions, refer to fig. IPB 2, pg. 14
4 Insert priming check and plunger (17)
together with bushing and plunger (1)
into adapter tube (23)
5 Place check ball (2), pin (3) and check
ball (4) into bushing and plunger (1)
6 Assemble plunger (connecting) rod (26)
into bushing and plunger (1) by first
applying high strength threadlocker and
torque as indicated

7 Assemble plunger rod (5) with
plunger (connecting) rod (26) by first
applying high strength threadlocker and
torque as indicated
8 Place adapter (14) into outlet body (11)
9 Place o-ring (13) into outlet body (11)
10 Screw pump tube (25), if previously
removed, into outlet body (11) and
torque as indicated
11 Screw adapter tube (23) and entire
assembly consisting of priming check
and plunger (17), bushing and
plunger (1), plunger (connecting) rod
assembly (26) and plunger rod (5) into
pump tube (25) Torque as indicated
12 Place check seat (18) into
adapter tube (23)
13 Screw priming plunger nut (20) onto
priming check and plunger (17)
14 Insert cotter pin (19) into priming check
and plunger(17)
15 Place 6 wave washers (12) and two flat
washers (7) into outlet body (11)

16 Place V-packing set (8)
into bushing nut (9)
17 Screw bushing nut (9) into outlet
body (11) and tighten to indicated torque
18 Screw coupling adapter (10) onto
plunger rod (5)
19 Apply medium strength threadlocker to
priming tube adapter (22) and assemble
with adapter tube (23)
20 Using the torque multiplying wrench,
apply the indicated torque to the priming
tube adapter (22) to tighten the entire
pump assembly
21 Apply medium strength threadlocker
to priming tube (21)and tighten to
indicated torque
