Power switch
For switching power ON/OFF.
Cassette holder
Insert the cassette tape in the holder.
. DOLBY NR B.C indicator
Lights up to indicate the DOLBY
NR system is
turned on for noise reduction.
. Peak Program meter
Displays volume levels during recording or play-
back.
. TAPE SELECTOR indicator
Displays the tape type selected by the AUTO TAPE
selector mechanism.
. REVERSE MODE SELECTOR
Selects Normal ( =), Reverse (=>) and Continu-
ous (C) modes.
. DOLBY NR ON/OFF switch
Set to ON when recording or playback with the
Dolby NR system type B or C is desired.
. DOLBY NR B.C selector
For selecting either B or C type Dolby NR.
. Tape-run direction indicator (DIRECTION)
Lights to indicate tape running direction.
Edit indicator
"Q000" stop indicator
. TAPE COUNTER
Reverse mode indicator
Lights to indicate Reverse mode.
MS display
This display indicates the number of tunes to be
skipped.
Blank skip indicator
Normal/CrO, tape bias fine adjustment knob
(BIAS FINE NORMAL/CrO,)
Permits fine adjustment of the recording bias for
Normal and CrO, tapes.
RECORD LEVEL control knob
For setting the recording level. Normally set the
control knob to the center click position, when
recording
from
the tuner
or turntable
in the
V900/V1100 System.
BLANK SKIP button
EJECT button
Used to open the cassette holder.
Fast forward button ( <4 )
Fast-forwards a tape in the (<4) direction.
